Comprehensive support throughout your journey
- Induction and learning contract: You'll receive a comprehensive induction and work with your preceptee to agree on a personalised learning contract.
- Study time and rotations: Enjoy dedicated study time, optional rotational posts, and regular clinical supervision, giving you the opportunity to gain experience across different settings.
- Ongoing support: You'll also have continuous support and networking opportunities with other preceptees across Devon Partnership NHS Trust.
Work in a variety of settings
As part of your preceptorship, you'll have the chance to work in both community and inpatient settings across our mental health, learning disability and neurodiversity services. Your allocated preceptee and our Practice Education Team will always be available to provide the support you need.
