Monitor and measure impact of involvement and co-production.

Without consistent, accurate monitoring and measurement of involvement activities, we cannot gain a clear picture of how they are benefitting services, staff and experts by experience. 

To support this, we will:

• Recognise and celebrate people's contributions by providing clear feedback on the outcomes of their involvement
• Review the processes of the Together Expert by Experience Network to ensure they are as accessible and inclusive as possible
• Introduce evaluation tools to demonstrate the impact of co-production
• Co-produce an annual report that reflects the impact of involvement and celebrates the voices that helped shape our work.
