Overview
We aim to assess the usefulness of blood sample tests for dementia in people seen in memory clinics across the United Kingdom.
We will focus a lot of recruitment of people from backgrounds that are not often involved in research, for example the very elderly, ethnic minorities, and those in deprived areas or with multiple illnesses, etc.
The study is aiming to recruit up to 3165 participants from across the United Kingdom.

ADEPT+
Overview
We're working alongside the University of Exeter on the ADEPT+ Feasibility Trial - Development and Feasibility of Augmented Depression Therapy for Complex Depression (ADepT+): A randomised, controlled feasibility trial.
It is funded by the National Institute for Health and Care Research, and ran by the University of Exeter Accept clinic.
If you are someone with 'complex depression', and you live in Devon, you may be able to take part.

VISION-QUEST
Overview
Visions (visual hallucinations) are common in people with psychosis. They can be distressing and difficult to talk about.
We find that visions are not often spoken about in people's care.
We want to change this by developing better treatments. To do so, firstly, we must listen to and learn from people's experiences. So, we are running VISION-QUEST: a questionnaire study about visions in psychosis.

NCISH The National Confidential Inquiry into Suicide and Safety in Mental Health
Overview
NCISH is a long-term study, run by The University of Manchester, collecting in-depth information on all suicides in the UK since 1996. The data collected, has helped shape improvement in patient safety in mental health safety, reduced patient suicide rates. The evidence collected by the NCISH team, has been cited in national policies, clinical guidance and regulation in all UK countries.

Acorn ll
Overview
We are inviting pregnant women and birthing people, aged 18 or over and between 12 and 20 weeks pregnant, to take part in the Acorn II study.
In a previous small study, we developed and tested a support programme called CALM with pregnant people experiencing anxiety, the CALM programme helped to reduce their symptoms of anxiety.
We now want to run a larger trial to see if CALM can improve anxiety during pregnancy and whether these benefits last up to a year after the baby is born.
