Help shape Devon Partnership NHS Trust’s new 2026–2030 strategy

We're developing our new Trust Strategy for 2026-2030 and we want to hear from you.

Over the past three years, our current strategy has helped us focus on what matters most: improving lives, supporting colleagues and working with curiosity and compassion. As we look ahead, we want to build on this strong foundation.

We've reflected on what's worked well, where we can improve, and the challenges ahead - guided by your experiences, feedback and expertise.

However, demand for our services continues to grow. The people we care for are more unwell, resources remain stretched, we still face recruitment and retention issues and there is change fatigue across the NHS.

Our new strategy must reflect our learning and ambitions as well as the realities we face.

It will also reflect the Government's new 10 Year Health Plan for England and takes into account local NHS reforms and local authority changes and planning.

This is your opportunity to influence that.

That's why your voice is vital. By sharing your experiences and ideas, you can help us:

  • build on what works well
  • improve where we need to
  • turn our vision and values into everyday action

Dr Sonja Manton, Deputy CEO and Director of Strategy and Partnerships at Devon Partnership NHS Trust, said: "This is your chance to help shape the future of mental health, learning disability and neurodiversity services in Devon. Your insights will guide how we make our vision a reality for the people we support and the colleagues we work alongside."
