The aim of the DPT Quality Improvement (QI) team is to encourage and inspire meaningful changes to make our services safer, more effective, patient-centred, and equitable, thereby improving the experiences of staff, patients and people using our services.

The QI team’s Got a bright idea? form is designed to be used by anyone – staff, patients, service users, friends, family, carers, or anyone else who might have an improvement idea or suggestion. We invite everyone, no matter who you are, to share your ideas. No idea is too big or too small! Every idea submitted will be considered and we will email you to advise of the outcome of this review within 10 working days.

Important note: This form is for submitting ideas and suggestions for consideration. It should not be used if you have a query or wish to make a complaint as it is not monitored by the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS).
