Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service provide fire safety advice over the phone and full home safety visits are being booked for the highest priority individuals based on the following criteria: arson threat, faulty alarm / beeper, no working smoke detection in the property, hard of Hearing alarm required, fire retardant bedding required. Staff can refer vulnerable individuals to the service and they will receive a phone call to establish risk in the home. www.dsfire.gov.uk/
