Innovation and Intellectual Property

The Trust is required to ensure that intellectual property arising in the organisation is managed within the framework and guidance. The guidance contains model management arrangements and employment conditions which will contribute towards developing the organisation’s arrangements for managing intellectual property for the benefit of NHS employees and patients.
