Staff Trans, Non-Binary and Intersex Equality

The aim of this policy is to address the requirements, needs and issues which may arise when a person transitions during their employment, or when a trans / non-binary / intersex person works for the Trust in any capacity. This policy also outlines the roles and responsibilities of staff in supporting someone who is trans, non-binary, intersex or is transitioning, in order to create an environment that recognises diversity and equality and is free from discrimination, harassment and victimisation.
