Mood management groups

We offer a range of groups in different places across Devon such as the Anxiety Management Course.

Groups can be really useful. By being with other people who may experience similar problems you can feel less alone or that you’re the only one experiencing the problem.

Most people feel nervous when first joining a group, but this is normal and the group leaders will try to put everyone at ease.  Quite often different members of the group provide support and reassurance for one another.
