Rehabilitation and Recovery

Our Rehabilitation and Recovery services play an important role in supporting people when they are unwell. The services support people both on dedicated wards and in the community.

A service in each area will support patients with complex psychosis to recover. The services work closely together and will community mental health teams, social care, substance misuse services, work related services, and other community resources to support individuals in their recovery. Each area will have a recovery and rehabilitation service with inpatient and community components.

East Devon: East Devon Recovery and Rehabilitation Service including Russell Clinic

North Devon: North Devon Recovery and Rehabilitation Service including Ocean View

South and West Devon: South and West Devon Community Rehabilitation and Recovery Service (currently community support only, with people needing a residential placement using the Russell Clinic).
