As well as anorexia and bulimia there are other, less well-known eating disorders. One of those commonly referred to is binge eating disorder. This condition occurs when someone feels out of control and may binge eat large amounts of food in a relatively short period of time or continuously pick at food all day.
This eating disorder is not treated at The Haldon. If you are concerned about this, or any other eating disorder that you may be experiencing, then you should speak to your GP about what help and support may currently be available.
