Digital mental health services

Our digital mental health services are clinically validated and assured to provide support for people who are concerned about their mental health, or who may use these tools as part of contact with our staff.

The service currently offers three tools:

  • A mental health assessment tool – Censeo
  • Online mental health and wellbeing programmes and tools – Silvercloud
  •  A tool to manage and contribute to your care – Airmid

Our digital tools are not intended to be used in an emergency. If you are concerned about feeling unsafe, are very distressed or if you are known to our services and there are signs of a mental health relapse, you can contact the First Response Service (FRS) by dialling 111.

Accessing our service

For people to access our Digital Health services, they must:

  • be a resident in Devon
  • be registered with a GP practice in Devon (including Plymouth) or be willing to register with a GP

How these tools can help

We believe digital tools will offer most people quick access to high quality support to help understand your experiences, build resilience, learn about your needs, help you to manage your mental health and wellbeing, or continue to be of use after contact with our services. These tools are secure, meeting the highest standards of security and confidentiality required in the NHS, are flexible being accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on your mobile, tablet or computer.

Using these tools may be all you need, or may simply help you to describe what is happening for you. For many people who complete assessments or courses, this will help us to understand the services and care we could provide that will be most useful to you.

Our teams are here for you if apps and websites are not the best solution for you.
