We believe digital tools will offer most people quick access to high quality support to help understand your experiences, build resilience, learn about your needs, help you to manage your mental health and wellbeing, or continue to be of use after contact with our services. These tools are secure, meeting the highest standards of security and confidentiality required in the NHS, are flexible being accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on your mobile, tablet or computer.
Using these tools may be all you need, or may simply help you to describe what is happening for you. For many people who complete assessments or courses, this will help us to understand the services and care we could provide that will be most useful to you.
Our teams are here for you if apps and websites are not the best solution for you.
