Silvercloud is an online platform for providing support, guidance and advice for making improvements to your mental health. We offer Silvercloud to people who prefer to work independently and feel confident in using an online programme.
Silvercloud is secure, offering immediate access to online, flexible prgrammes designed to help you learn techniques to overcome symptoms of low mood, anxiety and stress. Programmes are based on cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), an effective way of learning about thoughts, feelings and behaviours and how they influence each other.
Each programme consists of six to seven modules. You can access and work through the modules at your own pace in your own time with the support of a wellbeing practitioner. Each programme can take up to eight weeks
