How we can help

Anxiety and depression are things we all likely to experience at some point.  If you are, then you’re not alone.  It is estimated that one in four of the adult population will suffer from anxiety and depression at some point in their lives.

Perhaps you’ve been feeling low for a few weeks. Maybe you are experiencing stress at work which is causing you to feel worried and anxious for long periods of time.  It may be that you feel that things are getting on top of you.

We all expect to catch a cough or cold once in a while but when it comes to the way we feel emotionally, it can be hard to recognise or admit that we’re not feeling 100%.

Not sure if you need help?

Recognising the symptoms of anxiety and depression early on can be the key to getting back on your feet as soon as possible.  Try our Mood Quiz to assess whether you could be suffering from depression and/or anxiety. Give your answers based on how you’ve been feeling during the past two weeks.

You may find your mood usually goes both up and down, so use this questionnaire to monitor it over time.
