New Leaf Catering is run by qualified staff and offers support and training for people in a cafeteria environment. This offers opportunities in menu design, food preparation and cooking, waiting duties and kitchen porter duties.
The catering team uses Food for Mood and healthy eating principles providing meals for staff and visitors at New Leaf. All special dietary needs can be catered for by staff and training is given on the importance of adhering to strict guidelines.
New Leaf can offer conference facilities for up to 20 people in a friendly, quiet atmosphere. A varied buffet lunch menu and refreshments can be provided.
