Meeting and conference facilities

New Leaf meeting room is available for hire on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday for a full day, from 09.00 – 16.30 or half day, which is from either 09.00 – 12.30 or 13.00 – 16.30.

We have various layouts for seating arrangements which can be seen below.

The maximum number of delegates we can cater for is 20 people per session.

Costs:
Full day room hire: £100
Half day room hire: £50

Refreshments:
Tea/Coffee/Biscuits @£1perperson
Tea/Coffee/Cake @£1.50perperson(pre-booked)
Soup & Roll/Juice/ Cake @£3.00perperson
Soup & Roll/Juice/ Fruit Platter @ £3.50 per person
Sandwiches/Juice/Fruit Platter @ £5.50 per person
Jacket Potato with Beef Chilli / Vegetarian Chilli OR Cheese & Coleslaw, with Side Salad £5.50 per head
Alternative menus can be catered for by prior arrangement

Equipment Hire:
Flipchart (includes pens and paper) @ £5
Photocopying B&W @ 5p (8p double sided)
Extension Lead – free of charge

We have ramped access and toilet facilities for people with disabilities, we do not however have a loop system installed. There is free parking available on site.
