Admission to hospital
Sometimes people require a period of time in hospital to support their recovery.
We have the following inpatient wards across Devon:
- The Cedars in Exeter - Coombehaven and Delderfield Wards
- Haytor Ward and Salus Ward on the Torbay Hospital site
- Moorland View in North Devon District Hospital
- Junipers Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) in Exeter
We know that being on a ward can be an extremely difficult time, particularly the first 24 hours. It can also be a distressing and confusing time for your family, friends and carers.
Our nursing and medical staff will help and support you throughout your stay and can talk to you about any concerns, worries, or questions you may have.
