This week is World Autism Acceptance Week, to raise awareness of the 700,000 autistic people in the UK, to educate those unaware of the condition, and to help make the world friendlier to those who are affected by it.
The theme this year, set by The National Autistic Society is 'colour' and the charity is asking people to take part in the virtual Spectrum Colour Challenge.
Our DAANA service provides initial diagnosis and assessment for adults in Devon who have not previously been diagnosed and whose symptoms are consistent with an Autism Spectrum Condition or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.
