Workways visit

Councillor Bernard Hughes, the Chairman of Devon County Council, visited the Workways team at Dix's Field in Exeter last week. Vocational Rehabilitation Services Manager Christine Wardle said: "Mr Hughes asked if he could come and have a look at what we do and we were delighted to introduce him to the team and to talk about our work. He showed a genuine interest in the challenges around mental health and employment and was very complimentary about our work and its importance. He was also interested to explore how he could help us establish links with local Chambers of Commerce to inform employers about Workways."
