Welcome to our new website! We hope you find the new look, content and improved navigation useful.

We would like to thank the people who use our services, carers, families and our staff for helping us to design and create our new site.

The new site has many new features combining content, social media, imagery and film to showcase what we do, to share people’s personal stories and to help us to attract new staff. It is also designed to be accessible from a range of devices, including laptops, tablets and smartphones.

Key features include:

I need help now - visible and accessible from every page
I need help with – guided self-help depending on what you need help with
Browsealoud – software that can speak and translate content from the website - see the icon bottom left of the site
Self-help guides – branded self-help guides on a variety of topics
Resources – visual resources library to access our publications, leaflets, reports and policies
Google maps locations directory – filter and search by keyword to find the location and service you are looking for
Dedicated ‘Our services’ site providing detailed information about our services
Dedicated ‘About’ site showcasing our organisation, our achievements and information about working for us
Carers and families section providing a range of information and signposting options.
