Workways is expanding its support service for people who are not employed across the whole of Devon.

We will have vacancies for Band 5 Employment Specialists and Band 4 Employment Coaches based in either Torbay, South, North or West Devon.

The roles will involve assisting Workways’ clients to find paid employment – using the evidenced based Individual Placement and Support (IPS) approach. Experience of supporting employers and helping people with a health condition (preferably mental health-related) to find employment are essential to the role.

We will also have a vacancy for Band 3 Business Administration Support at Workways in Exminster, near Exeter.
