Success Regime - Short film explains case for change in Devon

Posted on 5th April, 2016

Following the recent publication of the Case for Change document, the NHS in Devon has made a short film to support the Success Regime programme. The Success Regime is a whole system intervention aimed at developing clinically and financially sustainable health and care services for the people of Northern, Eastern and Western (NEW) Devon - which includes Plymouth, but not Torbay.

The film explains the case for change through the eyes of local GPs, nurses and patients. It is aimed primarily at a public audience but people working in the NHS and social care system may also find it useful to see some of the public communications being used.

The film was produced in-house and features members of staff from across the NHS in Devon. Many thanks to Jess Hobbs, our Workforce Operations Lead, and Sarah Trickett, one of our Shadow Governors, for taking the time to participate in the film.
