Standards for Better Health Compliance

The Trust has declared a position of self assessed compliance to the Care Quality Commission against the core Standards for Better Health. The Trust has declared three standards as having a period of insufficient assurance rectified by year end and three standards as not being met. These were related to medicines management, clinical care and treatment under supervision and leadership and records management. The Trust has already implemented action plans against these standards in and will be working to achieve full compliance in 2009/10.
