Caroline Nicholson, Manager and Bank Peer Trainer at Devon Recovery Learning Community (DRLC) recently spoke to Tiverton Community Radio Station about the DRLC.

Caroline talks about the fantastic range of free open access courses available which are now open for winter enrolments.

Caroline said: "Recovery is not just a clinical path, there are a whole range of things we can do to get well and stay well. We're more than a diagnosis and the DRLC wants to recognise that."

One of the courses available is Getting Active with Laughter Yoga, held at various venues in December, January and February.

Caroline said: "It's ok to let yourself laugh, you can be with other people, challenge yourself and enjoy things even when you don't feel like it."
