Our Quality Account for 2016/17, which includes a review of last year's progress and a summary of our plans and priorities for the year ahead, has been published.
The priorities set out in our Quality Account are drawn from a number of different sources, including national requirements, areas of importance agreed with local commissioners and, of course, feedback from our staff, the people who use our services and their carers and families.
