Phill Mantay appointed Chief Executive

We are delighted to announce that Phill Mantay has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Devon Partnership NHS Trust.

Phill's appointment comes following a rigorous recruitment process which attracted an extremely competitve field of candidates who were all put through their paces in three stakeholder panels and a formal interview. 

Prior to his appointment, Phill has been in the role of Acting Chief Executive Officer over the past nine months and he has taken up the substantive role with immediate effect. 

He has over eight years of experience in Board level positions, previously the Deputy Chief Executive and Chief Finance Officer for the Trust.
