14 Patient Governors in the following constituencies:
Patient: Mental Health (6 vacancies)
Patient: Learning Disability (2 vacancies)
Patient: Specialist Services (eg forensic, prison, eating disorder, gender identity, drug and alcohol) (2 vacancies)
Patient: Carers and families (4 vacancies)
6 Staff Governors in the following constituencies:
Staff: Mental Health (includes headquarters, medical and assigned staff) (4 vacancies)
Staff: Learning Disability (1 vacancy)
Staff: Specialist Services (1 vacancy)

Should any nominee wish to withdraw their nomination, they must put this in writing to the returning officer by 5pm on Wednesday 7th March 2012. Ballot papers will be distributed to qualifying members on Thursday 22nd March 2012. Completed ballot papers must be received by the Independent Scrutineer by 5pm on Friday 13th April 2012.
