Notice of Appointment of External Auditors

During August 2016, the Auditor Panel recommended the Trust Board of Directors award a contract to PWC LLP for the provision of external audit services to Devon Partnership NHS Trust. This was following a tender process utilising the Crown Commercial Services (“CCS”) Consultancy One Framework.

The Board considered this recommendation, and approved the appointment.

The contract commenced on 1 January 2017 for a period of three (3) years with extension options to cover an additional two (2) years upon mutual agreement.
