Colleagues working in healthcare, social care and the police across Devon are now able to sign up to even more free workshops delivered by Anna Croucher, Senior Colleague Wellbeing Practitioner, in the Devon Wellbeing Hub.
The new workshops are as follows:
Managing Stress and Preventing Burnout (three hours):
In this workshop you’ll learn practical ways to manage day-to-day stress and walk away with a clear action plan to boost your wellbeing and prevent burnout at work.
Asserting Healthy Boundaries (three hours):
Having clear and communicable boundaries is essential for our own and others wellbeing. This workshop will explore what is meant by boundaries, why they are important and how to set them assertively.
More dates have also been added to the following:
Managing Imposter Syndrome (three hours):
This workshop will explore Imposter Syndrome and its traits. You will discover steps you can take to make it feel less overwhelming and how you can use it to your advantage.
Introducing Mindfulness Course (three one-hour sessions):
This course will provide an introduction into mindfulness theory and practice. You will discover how to train your attention, learn different ways of ‘being’ and recognise the difference between ‘reacting’ and ‘responding’. Please note, you will need to be able to attend all three sessions.
All of the Hub’s workshops are open to colleagues working in healthcare, social care and the police across Devon, no matter what your role.
If spaces are fully booked, you have the option to join a waiting list. If you can no longer attend, please let us know by emailing dpt.devonwellbeing@nhs.net.
You can also follow the Devon Wellbeing Hub on Eventbrite to get automatic updates every time a new workshop is added.
