Colleagues working in healthcare, social care and the police across Devon are now able to sign up to more free workshops delivered by Anna Croucher, Senior Colleague Wellbeing Practitioner, in the Devon Wellbeing Hub.
More dates have been added for the following sessions:
Emotional Self-Care: look at tools to help manage emotions and improve self-care.
In this 90-minute workshop, you will explore why our minds are actually designed to think the worst and that it's not our fault that sometimes they can be tricky. You will learn tools that help us to think in ways that work for us, allowing us to adopt habits in our thinking and actions that mean we are better equipped to handle life's 'wobbles'.
Everyday Wellbeing: explore what wellbeing means and how you can improve it.
This 90-minute workshop will unpack what wellbeing means, what it is and isn’t, why we shouldn’t give ourselves a hard time for not always feeling OK, and how we can weave habits into our day that boost our personal wellbeing.
If spaces are fully booked, you have the option to join a waiting list. If you can no longer attend, please let us know by emailing dpt.dwhworkshops@nhs.net
