MINDFUL EMPLOYER new website launches

Posted by Devon Partnership Trust in Mental health, News, Recovery and wellbeing on 30th November, 2020

Given the challenges facing employers today, we are pleased to announce the launch of a new website for our MINDFUL EMPLOYER service. Providing employers with easy access to the information and support necessary to help them to lead from the front on matters of workplace mental health and wellbeing, the MINDFUL EMPLOYER initiative has proved to be a valuable service for many local and national organisations during these challenging times.

Mark Poole, Lead for MINDFUL EMPLOYER said: "In developing this website, it will now be much easier for employers to learn more about MINDFUL EMPLOYER and to engage with our services. Not only will this help us to grow the service over the long-term, but with still so much uncertainty for employers due to the coronavirus pandemic, the new site provides us with the chance to offer our support to a greater number of organisations across the country.

"I would particularly like to thank the Communications Team for all their hard work in seeing this come to fruition, and the team at Optix Solutions whose expertise made it possible. We are very proud of the service we offer and are excited to begin building on the support we offer to employers through this new website."

The new MINDFUL EMPLOYER meets the new accessibility regulations and also includes accessibility software ReciteMe on the site, which allows the content to be read out loud, or in different languages plus a host of other visual options to alter the way the text and site appears. There is also a filterable table to view the Charter Signatories and online forms where companies can sign up to the Mindful Employer Charter or find out about the MINDFUL EMPLOYER Plus scheme.
