MINDFUL EMPLOYER in Paris

We are delighted that MINDFUL EMPLOYER has been invited to speak at the Fourth Annual Disability Matters Europe Conference and Awards in Paris on 23-24 June.

Senior business delegates will be attending this important corporate event and will feature leading disability experts from corporations, academia, non-governmental organisations and governments from across Europe. Organised by New Jersey-based, Springboard Consulting, it’s the first time that mental health has been allocated a specific session on the Conference main agenda and Richard Frost, who leads MINDFUL EMPLOYER will be speaking alongside Akiko Hart, Director of Mental Health Europe.

MINDFUL EMPLOYER and the growing international recognition of both the initiative itself and the importance of the role of employers and workplaces in recovery,"said Richard. MINDFUL EMPLOYER has been run by DPT, through Workways, since 2004 and has been launched in Australia, Canada and New Zealand. The initiative provides businesses and organisations with easier access to information, local support, mental health awareness training and other resources to help them support staff experiencing mental ill health.
