Lynsey takes to the skies to support our Charity

Posted by Devon Partnership Trust in Charity, News on 15th June, 2021

Lynsey Vinall, Tele-Coach Practitioner with our First Response Service will be wingwalking in July and reaching speeds of up to 135mph in this breath-taking challenge on top of a Boeing Stearman biplane.

Lynsey has already raised over £500 for our DPT Charity and said: “I have chosen this challenge as I have in the past done two sky dives, one in 2007 and one in 2014 so a pattern emerged of doing something a bit adventurous every seven years. I have always wanted to do a wingwalk and it just felt like the right time in life, plus my little boy is now old enough to come along and also enjoy the day and watch his mum do something fun. I have worked for DPT for the last 10 months and have really enjoyed working within the trust, everyone in my service is so lovely and they really do their best for anyone that they come in to contact with, they have worked throughout the whole pandemic and it's a great team."

If you want to support Lynsey and make a donation, please follow her wingwalk JustGiving link.

Along with the wingwalking there are a variety of ways you can support our DPT Charity which also include skydiving, Torbay Half Marathon and Snowdon Night Trek.
