Devon is awash with events for carers this week, particularly information-sharing ones, and there are numerous opportunities for carers to try various health and wellbeing activities for free, including acupressure, pilates, mindfulness, meditation, hypnotherapy, belly dancing, photography, swimming, foraging, forest bathing, art and craft, and treasure hunts.
Devon Carers’ summer newsletter has a round-up of all the events happening across the county this week and Signposts for Carers covers the Torbay area.
Our inpatient unit at The Cedars in Exeter is holding a Carers’ Coffee Morning on Thursday 14 June from 10-11.30am to raise awareness, provide information and enjoy cake.
