The Haldon Eating Disorder Service in Exeter, which is run by Devon Partnership NHS Trust is holding an open day at The Haldon Unit, Wonford House, Dryden Road, Exeter, EX2 5AF on:
Friday 24 June - 10am-3pm
They apply Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) principles across every aspect of their specialist eating disorder service. Click here for information about The Haldon DBT therapy programme.
Come along to hear feedback from people who have experienced DBT treatment, as well as family members involved in the service. The Haldon staff will offer training about the new Radical Openness work they offer and also share their experience of working in a DBT-principled way.
Who should attend?
Referrers, commissioners, professionals, GPs, carers, men or women who may benefit from DBT in recovery from their eating disorder, voluntary organisations and anyone with an interest in DBT.
