Our winning teams were:
Taps Mutakati, Chief Operating Officer, attended the ceremony and said: “It was a fantastic evening and so inspiring to hear about all of the positive practice taking place in mental health services across the country. I felt very proud to see our colleagues take home well-deserved awards for their valuable work. Huge congratulations to everyone involved.”
The Positive Practice Mental Health Collaborative is a user-led multi agency collaborative of 75 organisations, including NHS Trusts, clinical commissioning groups (CCGs), Police Forces, third sector providers, frontline charities and service user groups. It was established to recognise and share excellence in mental health and mental health services - a key part of this is through the annual awards.
The awards are open to statutory, third sector, voluntary and private organisations and are judged by a virtual panel of 120 people including service users and carers. This year there was a total of 600 nominations made across the 22 categories.
