The new Spring/Summer course prospectus from the Devon Recovery Learning Community is out now. This coming week, the team will be working to prepare the mailout of hard copies which should arrive with you before the end of the week if you are on the mailing list. The prospectus is also available here or on the DRLC website here

There is the usual fantastic range of courses to develop your knowledge and practical skills or to help you live well and improve your mental health so something is bound to appeal to you. Give laughter yoga a go, take mindfulness a step further, develop self-management strategies for anxiety, depression, OCD, or self-harm, or try out a new hobby: breadmaking, willow weaving, folk art, needlefelting, creative writing, paddleboarding, cake decorating, printmaking, woodwork, archery, African drumming, bookbinding, sewing, and more.

Enrolments open on Monday 12 February 2018. We would be very grateful if people do not try to book on our courses, either by phone, by post or by email, before the opening date.

Devon Recovery Learning Community Manager Caroline Nicholson comments: "This year we celebrate five years of providing free, open access courses for the wellbeing of people living in Devon. Hurrahs! Thank you all for your support, your immense goodwill, your patience with us as we stumble along through new territory, your enthusiasm, and above all your commitment to recovery - yours as well as that of others."
