Dr Peter Aitken, Consultant Psychiatrist is part of a new initiative to get men talking more openly about mental health.

He is part of a panel of men to talk in the first two episodes of The Mind Shed. The Mind Shed is a short online TV show, produced by One Tribe TV. It aims to help men talk by kicking off a series of discussions on the issues that they find hard to tackle. The panel consists of experts, comedians and men from all backgrounds.

Peter said: "We've just recorded the second episode. The idea is a simple one. A show about men talking to men about stuff. I volunteered to be the mental health adviser and found myself on the panel. If you're interested watch it. If you like it, tell your friends."

Tom Chapman, founder of the Lions Barber Collective also appears on the episode alongside comedien and actor Romesh Ranganathan, presenter, journalist and actor, Anthony Crank.
