Maps and leaflets about Devon walksThe Devon Recovery Learning Community (DRLC) has received a generous donation of £100 from a student who regularly takes part in their guided walks.

With the funds, the DRLC have purchased several Ordnance Survey maps of circular walks around Devon and other guides to Devon's village and town walking routes and trails to use at their Recovery Library.

The Recovery Library is a valuable resource of books about mental health, recovery and wellbeing. The Library also contains supplementary materials to accompany DRLC courses.

Helen Sims, Recovery Librarian, said: "These maps and guides will be a most welcome contribution for anyone to borrow and use to learn more about walking routes and trails around Devon that we can discover for our mental health and wellbeing. The DRLC is extremely grateful to receive this generous donation."

People can attend the Recovery Library and browse the books and resources anytime the Old Chapel is not in use by other groups. The Recovery Librarian is there for the drop-in every Wednesday from 1pm-5pm.

The DRLC Recovery Library is based in the Old Chapel at St Sidwell's Community Centre, Sidwell Street, Exeter EX4 6NN.
