Celebrations at the South West Leadership Awards

There was much celebration at the NHS South West Leadership Awards Ceremony in Bristol recently as we were shortlisted in two categories. Deputy Managing Partner at Langdon Hospital Sarah Burford won the Leadership Award for Excellence in Patient Experience. This award is given to an individual or team who has made a noticeable impact on the way the organisation engages with patients.
Sarah dedicated the award to her team and patients - in particular her colleagues Leanne Bowditch and Joanna Duke who have worked tirelessly alongside her and others to ensure the patient voice shapes the way they all work.
Congratulations also go to Quality Improvement Officer Andrea Langley who was nominated in the Leadership for Service Improvement and Innovation Award.
