Due to the pandemic we were not able to host our usual Celebrating Achievement Awards ceremony in December 2020, but we are delighted to announce that we will be holding the event online in February 2021 and that nominations are now open, until Friday 22 January 2021.
The awards are to recognise and celebrate the exceptional work that has been done by our colleagues, carers, the people who use our services and our partner organisations in the last twelve months - a year like no other.
Anything’s Possible - Award for change and innovation

This award will be for an outstanding person or group of people who have contributed to a significant change leading to improvements. Examples of improvements might be in access and efficiency of services, the care and support provided or received, or a new way of working or living.
Making a difference – Award for making a difference to people’s lives

This award is for people who have made a significant difference to people’s lives. Nominations may include examples of demonstrating a belief in a person’s existing strengths and resources or how someone’s energy, outstanding creativity and vision have made a difference.
Going the extra mile - Award for outstanding contribution

This award celebrates the contribution of an individual or team which has shown extraordinary commitment to our shared aims and has gone beyond the call of duty for people who use our services and/or our staff.
Nurse of the year 2020 – Award for exemplary nursing

2020 was the year of the nurse and midwife. This award is for a nurse who has been exceptional in their care giving to patients, consistently doing more than is required of their roles to assist patients and colleagues.

This award is for people who actively champion meaningful involvement and inclusion of people using our services, including carers and families.
Board award - This award is for people who have made a difference, demonstrating their commitment and compassion in helping to achieve our vision. This award is shortlisted and nominated by the Board. Presented by Andy Willis, Chair.
