Boost to Little Something Fund

The Little Something Fund has received a boost after the band Above & Beyond raised almost £800 by auctioning a number of special edition Christmas jumpers featured in a recent social media video.

The auction came about after the band saw a video of rapper 50cent enjoying one of their songs whilst filming a selfie in his car. They decided to do a parody video taken by band member Jono Grant, which featured the band's manager James Grant wearing a special Christmas jumper. The video has had more than 4,000 views.

Charlotte's Little Something Fund was set up after the sudden death of Charlotte Morley, who was a well-respected member of the Perinatal Mental Health Service across Devon and Torbay. She supported pregnant women and new mothers, their babies and families during these difficult times and she worked tirelessly to raise awareness of this issue and to de-stigmatise the condition. Charlotte's brother Jono is part of Above & Beyond.

James Grant, band manager said: "We had an amusing exchange with 50cent on Twitter the other day. How much Charlotte would have loved that."

The jumper, which was on sale at £43.58 each has now sold out on the band's merchandise store.
