This month's mental health phone-in on BBC Radio Devon takes place this afternoon. It is on the subject of resilience, particularly at a time of year that is often associated with low mood and difficulty in coping.
In the studio with Janet Kipling this afternoon are Caroline Facer, from our Depression and Anxiety Service and Jon White - a former Captain with the Royal Marines and triple amputee, following an incident during his time in Afghanistan.
Dr Dimitrios Tsiakiris will be providing support to callers behind the scenes.
The programme usually starts around 1.30pm and will also be available on iplayer after the show airs.
