This October, our charity is putting the spotlight on baking to support mental health, learning disability and neurodiversity needs. We invite you to join our initiative, 'Bake across Devon', where you can hold a bake sale, host a tea party, or take on a baking challenge on any day throughout October that suits you best.

By participating in this baking event, you can raise funds and make a meaningful difference to the lives of the people we care for. Our aim is to provide a platform that encourages recovery, enhances wellbeing, and fosters closer connections to the community—going beyond what the NHS can fund.

Your bake can make a significant impact:

  • A contribution of £50 could provide sensory items for the people under our care
  • A generous donation of £150 could support additional therapy, such as animal-assisted treatments, to aid patient wellbeing
  • An outstanding effort to raise £450 could help us provide additional services or activities to support a patient's recovery journey.

Our charity team is committed to supporting your fundraising efforts and will provide guidance to help you maximise your impact. We provide templates for posters and bunting (links below) to make your event a success.

Together, through our love of baking, we can bring people closer and support those in need. Let's bake cakes, create delicious treats, and make a positive difference in the lives of our communities.
