The Quality Network for forensic mental health services aims to help staff plan future improvements by collecting information from staff, patients and family and friends about different aspects of the service provided by secure units across the country, including the services we provide at Langdon Hospital in Dawlish. As part of the yearly review, we invite family and friends to take part in a survey.
This survey gives family and friends the opportunity to share their views on a number of different aspects of the service, including visiting facilities, your involvement in your partner/relative/friend's care and the support you have been offered. The information you and other family and friends provide will be included in a report for the service which will help them and the Quality Network review team identify areas where they are doing well and areas where they need to improve.
The survey should take no longer than 10-15 minutes to complete. Please answer each question by ticking one of the answers. You can skip any question if you do not know the answer, cannot remember or do not wish to answer. There is space at the end of each section for you to make any comments.

Thank you.
