Wonford House is the headquarters of Devon Partnership NHS Trust.

- Russell Clinic, an inpatient unit that forms part of the rehabilitation and recovery service for Exeter and East Devon

Please note: Parking at the Wonford House site is limited with some areas reserved for permits. Please allow extra time to locate a parking space or use the H bus from the city centre or the Sowton Shuttle SPR3 Park and Ride service from Sowton. It leaves from the Sowton Park & Ride site on Sidmouth Road (EX2 5GL), and runs a direct service to the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital every 30 minutes, Monday to Friday, 6.40am to 8.10pm. Please refer to the SPR3 timetable for travel times to and from the Sowton Park and Ride. Alternatively, active travel is one of the most effective ways to take part in routine physical activity and is a great way travel to the Wonford House site. You can view cycle routes in Exeter by visiting the Devon County Council - Map Test website or easily plan your route using Cycling UK
