Description
Our Psychology and Psychological Therapies Service is for people who are already receiving care and treatment from our adult mental health service, older people's mental health service and our perinatal mental health service. We offer a range of psychological therapies which are often referred to as talking therapies and involve talking about emotional and behavioural problems with the intention of finding ways to manage them.
