Description
Our Learning Disability Liaison Team supports people with a learning disability when they go into hospital. This can either be for a planned admission, as an emergency, or as an outpatient. The liaison team will deal with any consent issues, and follow the person from admission to discharge checking that they have what they need and that they understand the information given to them.
