Description
Our Learning Disability Liaison Team - Exeter supports people with a learning disability when they go in to the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital. This can either be for a planned admission, as an emergency, or as an outpatient. The liaison team will deal with any consent issues, and follow the person from admission to discharge checking that they have what they need and that they understand the information given to them.
