Description
Our Devon Memory Service has clinics in three locations across Devon – Exeter, Torbay and Barnstaple. Following a referral from your GP, we will assess you to try to find out why you are having memory problems and if it could be the early stages of a dementia - such as Alzheimer’s disease. Whatever the diagnosis, we will give you the information, support and treatment that you need to help you to live well and independently.
